JOHN CRESPO Executive Chef

The Village Inn & Restaurant is pleased to introduce John Crespo, our Executive Chef. John is a graduate of the Culinary Arts Program at the Institute of Technology in Sacramento, California. At the Institute he specialized in classical French cuisine, baking and patisserie, catering, and advanced culinary skills. John comes to us most recently from the Duck Club in Bodega Bay, a noted Sonoma County Restaurant, as Lead Cook, Kitchen Manager, and Sous Chef. His previous experience includes Sacramento based restaurants including Classique Catering, Rio City Café, and Bistro 100. John's extensive knowledge of the Sonoma County's food bounty enables him to create a spectactular menu with many nightly features. Bon Appetit - Enjoy!
